Thank you for shopping with Made 4 Class! As all of our schoolwear products are made to order, please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All items are custom made specifically for you.

• Standard lead time: 15–25 working days

• Quieter periods: Orders may be completed and dispatched sooner

“Working days” refers to Monday–Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons (such as back-to-school periods), processing times are more likely to be at the upper end of the stated timeframe.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information.

Delays

While we aim to meet the stated lead times, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, supplier issues, or courier delays. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you where possible.
