Are your uniforms officially approved by the schools?
Yes. All logo items are produced in line with each school’s approved uniform requirements. We work directly with schools to ensure designs and colours are correct.
How do I find my child’s school?
Head to the Shop by School section and select your school. You’ll see all approved uniform items in one place.
What if my child is between sizes?
If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for growing room. You can also check our Size Guide for detailed measurements before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are shown at checkout, and during busy back-to-school periods we’ll clearly communicate any extended times.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes — as long as items are unworn and in original condition. Please note that personalised or embroidered items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
